Attributes represent your core life stats — qualities that everyone has, but at different levels.
(e.g. Health, Energy, Strength, Focus, Charisma)

- Skills are specific abilities you learn and develop over time. Once unlocked, they grow stronger as you practice. (e.g. Coding, Math, Guitar, Martial Arts)

🛍️ Step 1.4 · Shop Items
- Shop items can be anything you find rewarding, including:
- Real-life products (e.g., gadgets, books, fitness gear)
- Real-life experiences (e.g., trips, events, special treats)
- Digital or virtual rewards (e.g., custom badges, certificates, or messages from your favorite idols or celebrities)
- Purchasable Items
- These items can be obtain by spending your currencies.
- Each purchasable item can optionally have multiple prices (e.g., 10 gems or 100 gold).

📊 Part 2 · Metrics
- Metrics can be anything that you want to track in your everyday life (e.g., water intake, steps walk, time spent on work, sleep hours, body weight…)
- Calculation methods - you can choose a calculation method for each of your metrics.
- Latest - Show the most recent logged value (e.g., latest body weight)
- Sum - Adds up all logged values (e.g., total time spent working on a certain project)
- Average - Calculate the average of all values (e.g. average sleep hours)
- Maximum - shows the highest logged value (e.g., bench press PR)
- Minimum - shows the lowest logged value (e.g., lowest Motivation Level)
- Units — common units are provided, you can also create your custom units.
